We congratulate you on making the important decision to have your estate plan reviewed and are so grateful you thought to work with us again. It is because of this we offer you a free one hour review consultation. If at the conclusion of your consultation there is no need for your existing estate plan to be updated you will not be charged for the time spent with you during this review meeting provided you have fulfilled your pre-meeting commitment to us. First, we ask that you thoroughly review the content of the Welcome PAK in its entirety before your scheduled meeting or teleconference. Second, we ask that you return your completed Update EPQ in advance of your meeting or bring with you sufficient information for our paralegals to assist you in completing the Update EPQ when you arrive. We want to make sure our firm expertise and your legal needs are still a good match and the time you spend with us in the review conference has value to you.
