As explained in the above “Frequently Asked Questions About Business Formation” document, we ask that you please complete several tasks prior to the initial meeting or teleconference. First, you must thoroughly review the content of the Welcome PAK in its entirety. Second, we request that you return your completed Questionnaire to us as soon as possible. We want to make sure our firm expertise and your legal needs are a good match. And, we will want to be sure you understand before our meeting or teleconference the typical costs associated with the formation of your business so you will be ready to engage us. If at the conclusion of your consultation you decide not to engage us for legal services, you will only be charged, by the hour, for the amount of time spent with you during this initial meeting.
We simply want to make sure the time you spend in the initial meeting or teleconference has great value to you.
